Are your senses alive with the onset of Winter. Brr it is chilly is it not!!!!

The gumboots come out , the brollys go up and the element of water is naturally within the midst of day to day living. It seems as if this winter is going to be a fairly wet one , or so it has been predicted……This brings in Archangel Gabriel,who is the guardian of the West, represents the element of water which governs our emotions and the way in which we are flowing with our journey.

This element also directly affects our Sacral Chakra and the way in which we feel about our experiences whether they be  past , present or future which in turn  aligns with our sense of touch and taste as these senses instigate our feelings.

So !!Where are you at??? Right Now ….

 Are you feeling like you are swimming upstream ??

Are you finding your path difficult or frustrating … Are your tastebuds dull ?

Do this by lighting a candle , staring gently into the picture , invoke Gabriel and then just let your eyes close naturally and gently while still looking at her picture and you will find that it formulates the image in your minds eye.

You will feel her presence in your own unique way as we do with each of our beings of light.

 

They have their own way of connecting with us and awakening us to their presence.

One thing is for sure , when you have invoked this Archangel and opened your heart to the blessings she brings your path will alter and you will grow and learn and appreciate all that you are and all that you have to offer the planet at this time.For as you are a living , breathing essence so is our Planet and she needs us to be aligned with the natural forces which she provides so she too can grow and evolve with us.

 

 

 

 

 

Mmm Autumn is upon us now,the sun is not as strong as it has been so it is important to be out for at least half an hour each day to top  up  the vitamin D .

One perfect way for this is take a walk , I love to walk along the waters edge of the beach , or perhaps  spend some time in the garden. Reading in the park is another fave of mine. There is so many ways to be outdoors .

Autumn is a time of transition , of change and as we embrace this shift in weather we should also embrace the shift in our consciousness.

Just as we dust off the boots and jackets getting ready to keep our
bodies warm and begin to alter our styles of food to unclude more cooked and warming foods ,  so too it becomes necessary to shift our consciousness. Firstly allow yourself to embrace the new season , for those of you like me who love the summer months and miss the hot sunshine , you can sprinkle elderflowers in your bathwater , this brings joy and sunshine energy  to the heart .
Place some plants on your windowsills that have flowers , it feels as if you are bringing the garden inside.

 Beauty Beauty Angelic Telephone. Also brings a willingness to ones psych to give up old ideas in order to allow new ones to formulate breaking patterns of
disharmony.
Labrodorite 

 Wonderful to find hidden talents and abilities to propel you forward with confidence. The colors in this crystal will delight you.

Turquoise

Assists in resisting temptation to fall back through tunnels of the past .encourages contemplation of new ideas that create excitement for the spirit.
Blue Apatite 

 Calms and alleviates tension, fabulous for manifesting when blended with citrine.

Check in on your chakras, what needs your awareness and attention. As you breathe in and out , take notice of how your breath is flowing , are there any blockages ? if so where are they?
Check in on your thoughts , what are you feeding your mind????
How are you feeling about yourself and your place in the world ?
When we truly become aware of ourselves and move into alignment with the changes of Mother Earth and her cycles and embrace them fully our consciousness begins to shift automatically then our senses become enlivened to the new energies that surround us which  then become awakened within us and we then pay attention to them..

Step into The Light in 2010

May the light within the sacred chamber of your heart be your compass to guide you on your path for the coming year.

As we step into 2010 we embark upon a new decade, a time to journey deep within the expansiveness of our soul ,which is our divine essence and natural state of being. When you travel through the gateway of your heart to this essence not only do you find a deeper sense of peace but a remberence of the magnificence of your soul and the earth walk you aligned with and agreed to this time around.

A new sense of purpose is drawn to you where you will experience the myriad of support and companionship from the heavenly realms.These beings of light are waiting to hear the inner whisperings from your heart .
