Aligning Chakras Level 2
| The Chakras are guiding lights that act as receivers and transmitters for our physical form.They tell us when and what is out of alignment with our highest truth. They are an amazing network of communication between our organs , bones , muscles , emotions and thoughts and also correspond to the elements . The energy of the chakras weaves through our bodies and when we pay attention to our lives and what appears to not be working for us we can then realign that particular chakra to heal , balance and bring ourselves back to wholeness.Balancing the chakras on a daily basis keeps us in touch with who we are and is a wonderful way to start the day. There are many ways to do this including colour , sound , breathwork , affirmations and our intention.
Different parts of our bodies resonate and respond to various frequencies.Colours, tones, foods, herbs, essential oils, crystals and our thoughts all carry vibrations that we can utilize to assist in clearing, balancing and enhancing our chakras which in turn formulate a healthy aura. We journey inward to these centers of light through meditation to increase our innate wisdom and awaken our healing powers. By knowing ourselves on a deeper level we come to understand and identify our core belief patterns and bring them back into alignment with our soul’s blueprint thereby dissolving illusion which distorts our clear thinking and in turn we begin to restructure unhealthy patterns bringing our system back to wholeness. We are able then to be consciously participating in the evolvement and magic of our planet, ourselves and others, revitalizing our life force with honour and love.

Keeper of our Internal Flame . Brings out the Peaceful Warrior . Is a barometer for our feelings. |
