“Rose Quartz “
Rose Quartz is like a wise old woman that knows all of the answers and can heal with a mere glance. As the Rose Quartz energy is sensed, the soul sighs with relief as it intuitively knows that at last the healing has come. This divine Rose Quartz essence begins to circulate energy throughout the heart Chakra,
bringing inner nourishment and comfort. As the presence of love is felt, the sorrows, fears and resentments that have constricted the flow of love are replaced with a deep sense of personal fulfillment. This forms the foundation upon which inner peace and contentment become a personal reality.
As the heart is nourished and healed from the Rose Quartz essence it becomes fertile ground for the flowers of love to grow. As the gentle pink ray is implanted and infused in the aura, blossoms of contentment unfold and the true meaning of love can be known. Only after first learning to give love to the self is it possible to truly love others. Unless one is fulfilled from within they will always have expectations and disappointments from the love they receive from others. But if the heart is complete unto itself, then the love that is shared with others will be pure and have no expectations attached to it. When the eternal well- spring of the heart has been tapped, the very act of giving replenishes the love and sharing becomes the reward. When one learns how to truly love on this level their very presence is healing to those around them and their being radiates with light.
True love is the highest degree attained at the heart Chakra and this process is initiated with Rose Quartz.It is said washing the face in water charged by rose quartz will help fade winkles and keep the skin young.
Rose quartz is highly recommended for those who are experiencing a lot of grief. Very good for expressing and soothing emotions. Rose quartz is a very loving stone, and enhances all forms of love: self-love, mother love, caring, kindness, platonic and romantic live. Gently energizes and creates warmth. It is also said to stimulate the imagination and the intellect and to open up the heart to inner peace, self love and self recognition. It is a very healing stone for internal wounds, bitterness and sorrows. It makes one more receptive to beauty, hastens recovery and gladdens the heart. Lifts depression, creates confidence and peace. Helps the heart and circulatory system. This lovely stone is claimed to be one of the best stones to use in the treatment of migraines and headaches of all types.
Rose Quartz is a Master Healer on many, many levels. It teaches us that everything is Love.

This is one of my all time favourites and it comes in many variations of structure.
Through the gentle
stirrings of my heart
I hear my fluorite speak
Sometimes softly whispering
Other times loud and clear
Yet always do they offer truth
And guide me on my way
To greater depths and
heights of life
Bringing me back into
love and light.
There is much wisdom held within crystals and if we stop and
listen we will hear the ancient whisperings of the spirit that reside
within them.
Fluorite is one such amazing crystal and offers us a hand to hold when we have lost our way. We do not always have support when we feel this way and Fluorite encourages us to develop self discipline so we can bring ourselves back into the Heart of
Spirit and on our true path again. So it is like a kind and gentle friend offering us guidance. In fact what we are doing
by working with Fluorite is to gain that inner strength that takes us to depths and heights mostly unimaginable.
Fluorite is a stone for the element of air, harmonising both sides of the brain to bring us back into a state of synergistic wholeness to enhance mental clarity and psychic abilities. It quietens our worried thoughts which can be created due to fear of the future.
Fluorite brings order to chaos, helping us to select a direction we may wish to take and assists in commitment to that direction, keeping us steady on that path and actualising our dreams into
this reality.

The structure of Fluorite encourages high levels of concentration, grounding and order within our own mind patterns, while keeping us open to the frequencies of the Universe.
It allows us to be receptive to higher guidance and information, giving us the ability to maintain this information
thereby creating organisational skills which can be easily utilised .
Fluorite is a wonderful stone for study as it keeps us grounded, relinquishing that feeling of spaciness (forget the coffee). This is accomplished because Fluorite allows our light body
to integrate with our physical body by clearing the energy pathways through our system. This eliminates the mental fog we sometimes experience that creates confusion and our ability to make the decisions that are right for us and who we allow into our world. It is my “psychic vacuum cleaner”. Thus it is great for those who are sensitive and can pick up negative energies
from others’ emotions. Fluorite comes in many different
colours and patterns and relates to certain parts of the physical body, though all shades have an alignment
with the mental body.
Purple: Purification and accesses the spiritual domain of the mind. During meditation it keeps you aligned with messages from spirit and guides.
Green: Perfect for study as it compartmentalises the mind to bring
whatever is necessary at any given time to the front of your thoughts and keeps you focused. It is also wonderful for bones and teeth. Rubbing along the joints brings relief from arthritic pain. Wonderful for headaches .
Yellow: Enhances mental abilities and amplifies thought processes.
Pink: Cleanses and heals the emotional body and when joined with
Turquoise, assists in balancing the higher heart chakra, harmonising the heart with the mind.
Blue: Excellent for clearing third eye dust and when used in conjunction with focused breathing, aligns the heart with the throat to enable one to speak what is truly in our hearts with
clarity and love. (This is one of my
favourites.)
Multicolored: Repairs the aura and good for general energy cleansing.

Meditation:
Find a quiet space where you will not
be disturbed. Hold a piece of Fluorite in
your left hand and cover it with your right
hand. Take 3 long slow deep breaths in
and out. Take your focus and awareness
to the Fluorite in your hands and begin to
breathe into it feeling yourself becoming
aligned with the spirit within the Fluorite.
Feel the energy shift taking place in
and around your body. Let your breath
become quieter and slower and gently
ask the Fluorite spirit to assist you in
bringing balance and order to your path.
Listen with your heart.

Crystal of the week - Selenite
This is the most amazing crystal to connect and align with your soul essence; it ushers in white light from the Divine Energies of our Universe and holds you within its light to sustain you. It illuminates our way upon our path showing us that we are never alone and indeed fully connected to the Light within the heart of the universe. If we allow ourselves to move beyond the physical we can travel within the light. It is like a warm blanket on a cold winter’s night. Selenite shows us how energy moves within us all to heal and uplift our spirit to the level of light.
Selenite allows us to consciously understand our own deepest inner truth, that part of ourselves which is not body, not emotions or thoughts, but pure spirit. Hold your selenite, noticing its soft luminescence. Move it around, observing the bands of light within it. Realize that beyond any limitations you feel, you are limitless, flowing light. Say to yourself, “I am so much more than I think.” Towers form a vortex of light that encircles you when you hold it, creating an essence of stillness so profound.
Selenite clears blockages, debris and densities in the auric field compelling one to move forward in life. Aids in overcoming stagnation.
Wands (of courage I call them) can be used to direct high frequency energy into the body stimulating physical healing. Placing a wand at the 3rd eye sends an energy that feels like a gust of wind going through the forehead and out the top of the head. Placing a wand along ones back along the spine lengthways can achieve an energetic alignment of the vertebrae and charkas. Selenite brings the whispering from our guides in a different way to other stones taking you through a story that reveals the messages symbolically.

| It is a link to the light body, helping to anchor it in the earth vibration. Selenite is a calm stone that instills deep peace and is excellent for meditation or spiritual work and has an ethereal quality, said to inhabit the place between light and matter. An ancient stone, it is nevertheless one of the most powerful crystals for the new vibration on earth. Selenite can be used to form a protective grid around a house, creating a safe and quiet space that does not allow outside influences in – use internally in the corners of the house. A large piece placed in the house ensures a peaceful atmosphere. Carrying the imprint of all that has happened in the world, reaches other lives and is very useful for checking on progress made. It pinpoints lessons that are still being worked on and shows how they can best be resolved. It assists judgment and insight, clears confusion and aids in seeing the deeper picture. This is a powerful disperser and stabilizer of erratic emotions. Selenite can also be used in scrying to see the future or ascertain the past. |

I honor the Fullness of the Moon
The Full Moon glows brightly in the night time sky catching our eye as we drive at night, shining through the trees as if dancing among the stars, or perhaps it is your guiding light bringing you safely home. For those who honor the cycles of the moon it is so much more. It is a time when the moon’s energy is heightened to manifest, create, to be grateful for our blessings and make offerings, increase our wisdom, our wishing magic, invocations, strengthening psychic powers, when our dreams are usually most prophetic and to honour the strength and power that is within us all. The Full Moon is at its most powerful 3 days before to 3 days after the actual full moon and affects people differently. If you happen to be one who feels like they are falling off the face of the earth at this time, do not be alarmed as there are many beautiful tools to work with to assist you and rituals to perform to bring yourself into alignment with this phase. It is like any other element of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to flow with its natural cycles and you will find that your life becomes a peaceful arena for you to enjoy and take delight in, rather than one to overcome. The Moon embodies aspects of the triple Goddess – Mother, Maiden and Crone and is a wonderful source of natural energy for performing rituals, invocations and magic. At the time of the Full Moon its aspect is that of the Mother, which is nurturing, nourishing and protecting. It is a time to feel safe as you are enfolded in the warmth of her heart and love. It can also be a time of gathering of like-minded souls to share in the age-old honoured rituals and to share a meal together. Whether you join with others or practice your rituals in a solitary manner, it matters not, for the benefits you receive will absolutely ignite your soul light and make you dance and sing with pure joy, for as we celebrate the Moon Goddess we are celebrating our life, our natural rhythm of the planet, our ancestors and our future.
FIRST YOU WILL NEED SOME TOOLS:
Crystals
Selenite ushers in white light and connects to the essence of your soul bringing a union and resonance with the Goddess Selene.
Hold your selenite, turn it and you will see a shimmering world of patterns on its surface not unlike the moon.
Garnet Dodecahedron
The sacred shape of the Dodecahedron relates to the element of Spirit which holds the power of manifestation.
By programming your wishes and intentions into it and offering them to the Goddess of the full moon you are creating from the consciousness of Spirit.
Candles: The flame of the candle has always been a metaphor for the Soul’s Light, creating a tranquil and hypnotic atmosphere. White purity, light, clear vision; Red passion; Silver female energies, lunar goddess and The moon.
Fragrance: Anoint yourself with rose oil to align with your heart.
Incense: Cinnamon for abundance, amber for clarity, heaven for awareness of spirit.
Flowers: Red roses, red or white Hibiscus, chrysanthemums.
Under the light of the full moon anoint yourself with your oil. Place your flowers in a circle with your candle in the centre and as you light your candle focus on what your heart desires. Light your incense, watch the smoke begin to curl skyward. Call upon the four directions North, South, East and West to surround you with the protection of the elements.
Take a deep breath in and release it.
Hold your Selenite in your right hand, palm open, and hold your Garnet in your left hand, palm open. Focus on your Garnet, visualize what you are wishing to manifest, be aware of how you will feel when it comes to fruition and hold that feeling in your heart as you transfer your wishes into the crystal.
Raise your left hand holding the Garnet up to the Moon, take a deep breath in and on the out breath blow gently onto the crystal, raise your eyes Heavenward and release your wishes to the Goddess. Give thanks and let go of the outcome. The Universe will take care of the details of how this will happen.
Have faith in yourself, know that what you have wished for and sent out is being created already, weaving itself into the tapestry of your life. You have the power to create.
Place your crystals in the circle of flowers, and sit for a while breathing slowly, deeply, perhaps chanting OM a little and when you are ready to finish, snuff out your candle, give thanks for all you have received and finish with a little feast.
This is a beautiful and powerful ritual to perform on The Full Moon on your own or with friends .
